Review : Holika Holika Miracle Skin Finish ( Oily/Combo)

          Hello Everyone , 
             
             Today I will be reviewing a product from Holika Holika , a Korean Brand.


           

This product is to achieve a brighter and fresh look by not using BB cream or Foundation . Its like a CC cream. 

~You can use this product as a primer or by itself.~

My Experience:  When I first saw it, their was so much product in there. It will last me for a long time . The Cream is a white and thick , but it goes smoothly on the face . A little of this product goes a long way . I dot it on my face then blend away with my fingers . It will make your face much more brighter and  whiter . I have seen that this covers pores wonderfully .  Also this product might leave a white cast on photos . This product lass the whole day. I have seen that my skin has been getting a bit more brighter but not a dramatic change .I would really recommend this to anyone .  This is a good product for teens who don't want to wear makeup . 

~The Coverage~ : It has light coverage, it like a CC cream .

~The Smell~: It has a strong scent of flowers and I can smell the sunscreen , the smell can sometimes stick to your face when you apply it . 

~The Finish ~: It has a natural finish , but also glowy. It still looks great with my combination skin. It will look great with Oily skin too , but you might have to put powder on top . 

~The Color~: This is a white and thick cream . The cream will make your face brighter and whiter.

Review: ~ Etude House White Moistfull Cream ~

   Hello Everyone ,   
          Today I will be reviewing a product from Etude House , a korean brand . 

What it claims :

My skin type : 

Combo& Oily 

Sensitive

Acne-prone 

and some dry parts 

My Experience : 

When I started , I used it twice a day but I found out that it was too rich and moisturizing for my skin type . So , I ended up just using it only at night . Also , a little goes a long way because of its gel texture . In about 2 -3 months , I noticed that my skin did get brighter and *lighten* up . But, the process is slow . 

Smell : It smells like fresh floral .

Texture : Gel with tiny little soft beads. 

Skin type I recommend it to : Dry to combo skin .

Review: The Face Shop Pure Water Facial Mist in JEJU MARINE

       
 Hello Everyone, Today I will be reviewing on a Facial Mist from The Face shop a Korean brand.

        

What it claims to do and How do use: 

Before I start I will say my skin type :

Oily , Combination 

Sensitive 

and have dry areas too.   

Now My Experience with this Product :

 I used this product only in night time to give more moisture and nutrition to my skin. I spritz about 2 times on my face , as the directions said to . I felt my face wet ( of course) , but in about less than a minute , my face was completely dried and felt very moisturized . I will recommend this product to everyone , it will refresh and gives moisture to your skin . I think this product will work for all skin types .This product also did not make me breakout .

Smell : A light scent of freshness. 

Contains :70ml  or 2.36 fl.oz

Ingredients: Water, Glycerin,Alcohol Denat, Butylene Glycol, PEG-60, Hydrogenated Cater Oil , Sargassum Pallidum extract, Octyldodeceth-16, Disodium EDTA , Phenoxyethanol, Methylparaben, Butylparaben, Ethylparaben ,Isobutylparaben , Propylparaben , Fragrance ( Perfume ) , Butylphenyl Methylpropional ,Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone.

This was all my experience , so it might work for me but might not work with you , we all have different types of skin .

Review: Etude House Sleeping Pack for Pore & Sebum

         
                 

                     Hello , today I will reviewing the Etude House Sleeping pack for Pores&Sebum . 
                          

                            
             It claims : Smooth & Non-oily with 10 hour energized sleeping efficacy . Facial Pack promotes pore tightening and non- oily complexion overnight with 10 hour energized sleeping efficacy. 

                How to use : After Facial cleansing , apply this sleeping  facial pack to face before bedtime and leave it overnight. Rinse off in the following morning . 



                         My Experience : 

                 I finished cleansing my face and pat dried . I applied about a dime size on my face because a little goes a long way with this product because of its watery constancy. The product felt a bit sticky but went away quickly in about 30 secs. Then I went to bed . When I woke up my face felt oily and this rarely happens , so I knew it was this product . I went to rinse it off in my bathroom and I saw that their was no new improvement on my face but I it was my first time using this so , I tried again that night and woke up with the same results . After about a week of using this product, I have seen no new improvements on pores or oil controlling , or skin in general .It just made my skin feel softer .

               

              The Packaging: 
         -  It comes in a plastic minty green tube .


             The Smell:
         - This product is almost scent-free but has a very light floral scent .

                 
             The Constancy:
        -It has a watery gel texture .

In Conclusion:   

This product did nothing to my pores or had any oil controlling properties in it . It just, I wake up with a oily face . I see really no improvements but it just made my skin feel softer that is it .    

Rate:   3/10

Review: The Face Shop Chia Seed Water 100

Hello ! Today I am going to review a product for you . Enjoy !

      This product is like a essence or a light moistruizer , that has a texture of a serum . Now what the  product claims to do in their website is 
A moisturizing lotion that improves suppleness and

moisturizes the skin a degree higher with nutrients in organic chia seeds�

   

A moisturizing lotion that restores the skin�s innate clear luster

Spreads onto the skin smoothly without stickiness and is absorbed quickly to prevent skin dryness.

Organically germinated chia seeds, which draw and absorb moisture, not only hydrate but also nourish the skin to effectively restore suppleness.

  

Contains 100% chia seeds water instead of water

Chia seeds water is extracted within 24 hours via the Fresh method, instead of water delivers the vitality of the highly pure chia seeds.  

   Now this product is meant for normal skin , but the person who assist me said it was great for all skin types . She also said it was great for acne prone skin , like myself . Before we start I want to say my skin type ...  maybe mine is similar to yours ..

 Oily 

Dry in nose area 

Acne-prone skin 

Scent: It smells citrus-y and a strong earthy scent .

Packaging: Its in a glass bottle , and quite heavy .

Price: $28 dollars in the store . 

My Experince : 

                     At the first day  , I use it on that same night I bought the product .  I tested  it on my hand with a little  product to see if a little goes a long way . AND IT DID !  Its has a texture of a milky formula and also gel- like too . One pump of this product is too much , just half or less of a pump is enough for me . I applied it on my face and finished off with a facial mist . Then I went to bed . 

                 The next day I saw a bit improvement on my skin , but my skin felt oily from the hydration of the lotion . I saw that my skin was almost healing my breakouts . So , I used it on the morning and at night at that day . 

              The third day was different . I had a breakout on my chin and little bumps on my cheeks . I was a bit confused , becuase it worked well on me the first day I tried it . So I thought to myself  and said maybe it was my pillowcase , so i changed my pillow case . I applied it on the morning and night that day too.  Then I went to bed . 

                  Now , the fourth day it was even worse . I had more breakouts and I was so upset . I knew it was this product , so I exchanged it in the store for the blemish zero lotion , which is much better then this product .

My Conclusion: This product didnt work well with my skin , it caused me breakouts and irritation bumps .  This product might work better with dry to normal skin-types .

My Favorites of 2012

Hello Everyone , I am going to tell you all my favorites of the past year . I hope you enjoy !

      Face: 

Garnier Skin Renew Anti Dark Circle Roller 

For makeup wise , I have been using the Garnier Skin Renew Anti Dark Circle Roller . I was skeptical of using this product because this was the first makeup prduct that I got . I had no idea  if I was going to use this . I wanted to try this product because its a skincare product and makeup product . It has benefits for the eye area , which claims that it brightess and depuffs. I like it because it makes me look awake and not tired . I dont use this on my face , only eyes, because it will break me out and cause me a pimple . (-_-) . But its a helpful product when it comes to a special occasion .

Skincare :    

 

Oxy Face Wash Cleanser

Face Cleanser : This product works amazing for my acne prone skin . I have combo to oily and this is a great product that dries the pimples or zits that you may have , and disappears them. I am currently using my 4th bottle of this product . 

Toners:

Etude House Wonder Pore Freshner

This is a great product for people who have big pores and have blackheads . This is just a very good product for all skin types. I like this product because it helped by shrinking my pores and giving moisture to my skin inside and outside , also making my skin very soft and supple . 

Witch Hazel Toner  

This is a helpful product for acne prone skin . I have seen that my pimples are slowly disappearing and I feel that it makes my skin is clearing and almost leaving flawless . This product leaves my skin soft and also it moisturizing too. This product it similar to the Etude House Wonder Pore but this is more for the people who have problem skin .

Facial Spray :

The Face Shop Pure Water Facial Mist in Jeju Marine 

This product makes my skin feel moisturized , when I feel my skin dry . Its great product for waking you up , because your spraying it on your face and its refreshing . 

Treatments ( Mask ) :

Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque 

This product helps by drying pimples or zits or just want to help my skin to feel more clean and refreshed .

Treatments( Blackheads)

The Face Shop Black Head EX Nose Clay Mask 

This product it very good for removing the stubborn blackheads and clogged pores . This product done some wonderful stuff for my skin . 

Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips 

This product is also great for the stubborn blackheads on the nose area . 

Treatments ( Exfoliating):

Queen Helene Gentle Oatmeal n' Honey Natural Facial Scrub 

This product is very gentle for my skin . It helps with blackheads and removes dead skin cells . 

Moisturizer : 

Clinque Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel 

This is a great product for oily skin and reduces the size of pimples . 

Acne Moisturizer :

This is a amazing product for acne prone skin . I have seen my skin clearing while using this product . ( I will do review of this product soon . ) 

Lips:

Tony Moly Lip tint in Red Apple 

This is my favorite lip product . Leaves a nice flush of a red color . 

Lip Balm:

Maybelliene Baby Lips in Cherry Me.

It is a very moisturizing lip balm that leaves a nice pinkish red tint to the lips . 

Lip Stain : 

Revlon Kissable Balm Stain in Crush 

This is a very natural berry red color . Its moisturizing and stays for a long time .

Perfume :

Bath&Body Works Perfume in Twilight Woods 

Smells like flowers and has a light musky scent .
